Getting your American Heart Association® BLS, ACLS, or PALS course completion eCard in Fairfield no longer means blocking out a full day for a classroom session. Self-Guided Learning™ courses let you handle the cognitive portion on your own schedule, then walk into a CPR Verification Station™ learning center for a 30-minute self-guided skills session. That’s it.
Safety Training Seminars operates a CPR Verification Station learning center at 1652 W Texas St., Suite 161, Fairfield, CA 94533—right inside the California Business Center, next to Fairfield Tire Center, minutes from NorthBay Health Medical Center (1200 B. Gale Wilson Blvd) and Sutter Fairfield Medical Campus (2700 Low Court). If you work at either facility—or at David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB—this location puts AHA training within easy reach.
Self-Guided Learning™ courses combine two independent components:
You complete both components independently. No instructor schedules. No group sessions. Upon successful completion of both steps, you receive an American Heart Association® Course Completion eCard valid for two years.
This is a distinct learning approach from blended learning (which uses an instructor-led skills check) or traditional classroom learning. The course platform uses True Adaptive™ learning powered by Area9 Lyceum, which continuously measures your knowledge and confidence, then adjusts the content path accordingly. If you already understand a topic well, the system moves you forward. If you have gaps, it focuses more time there.

Safety Training Seminars offers three AHA Self-Guided Learning courses at its Fairfield location:
BLS (Basic Life Support) — $120
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) — $290
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) — $290
All three courses follow the latest 2025 American Heart Association® Guidelines for CPR and ECC. Safety Training Seminars backs each AHA course with a Low Price Guarantee—if you find a lower price for an identical AHA class, they will match or beat it.
The CPR Verification Station™ learning center uses a Voice-Assisted Manikin (VAM) to assess your hands-on skills. Here’s what happens during the self-guided skills session:
Once you complete the online learning activity and pass the self-guided skills session, you receive your American Heart Association Course Completion eCard the same day.
This is not an instructor-led skills check. It’s an objective, technology-enabled skills verification—which means consistent measurement every time, no scheduling conflicts with instructors, and no waiting.
The training center sits on West Texas Street inside the California Business Center. The entrance door is labeled “Suites 160–164” on the ground level.

EXCELLENT Based on 343 reviews Posted on Katina GreenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Online questions straight forward. Testing site easy to access, flexible hours, clean. A little pricey.Posted on matt bradshawTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would give this experience five stars if the required online modules were near the first video, and the estimated times needed to complete the program were more accurate. On the fastest setting, the modules took longer than the estimate. Now that I have experience with your program, I would expect to take more time before scheduling my assessment and have a better experience if I decided to use your services again.Posted on Raylynne ShepherdTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Easy, convenient & close to home. Didn’t have to drive back to work (i commute far). Appreciate that it is covered by employer. Question — is there a way to test out to avoid doing ACLS/BLS modules/skills twice?Posted on EddieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Interesting new way to renew BLS. Very good way to save time.Posted on Celestine RobinsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience with Safety Training Seminars. I had to call a few different times, for issues of my own. and every single time someone answered right away. They were friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Everything was super easy to access , the instructions for getting into the online course and the in-person skills session were simple and clear. The online portion was also really easy to follow. The pictures and videos were great and actually helped me feel confident before going in for the hands-on training. The in-person skills test was smooth, and I left feeling like I truly understood what I needed to do. I also love that they have so many convenient locations. I’ll definitely be coming back here every time I need to recertify. Highly recommend!Posted on Noelia Valdez SotoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
